Easy and Simple Healthy Carrot Juice Recipe

Ingredients
6-8 medium-sized carrots, washed and peeled
1 cup of water
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 inch of ginger, washed and peeled (optional)
Instructions
Cut your carrots into small pieces and chop your ginger into thin slices.
Put the chopped carrots and ginger into a blender with the water. Blend for about 2-3 minutes or until everything is smooth.
Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Add the lemon juice to the strained mixture and stir well.
