And with this quick and easy foolproof homemade popcorn recipe, you can indulge in guilt-free snacking.
The Perfect Foolproof Healthy Homemade Popcorn Recipe
Yield: 4 Servings Prep Time: 2 minutes Cooking Time: 5-7 mins
Ingredients
1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat a large pot over medium heat.
Add the coconut oil to the pot and let it heat.
Add 4 of the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
Wait until all 4 kernels pop, then remove the pot from the heat and add the rest of the popcorn. Make sure they are evenly spread and cover the pot with the lid.
Count to 30 seconds to bring all the kernels to the same temperature.
Return the pot to the heat.
Shake the pot occasionally to ensure even popping.
Once the popping slows down, turn off the heat and remove the pot from the stove.
Add salt to taste and give the popcorn a good stir.
Your healthy homemade popcorn is ready to be devoured!

Avoid using store-bought microwave popcorn as they are often loaded with unhealthy additives and preservatives.
