Ingredients
1 medium-sized pomelo (any kind will do)
1 cup of water
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Peel the pomelo and separate the segments from the membranes. Discard the membranes and keep the pomelo segments in a bowl.
In a blender, add the pomelo segments and water. Blend until smooth.
Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass.
You can add ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately.
